GraphExplore is a JAVA application that renders networks of objects in a graphical
form. It is developed at the Computational
and Applied Genomics Program, Duke
University. This software is free for non-profit users and comes with
absolutely no warranty.
GraphExplore Version 0.9.0 is
now available for download (April 13, 2004).
